We love have this for breakfast. It's delicious, and packed with healthy ingredients for a great start of the day.

Ingredients
BLUEBERRY CASHEW BREAKFAST BOWL
1/2cupplain greek yogurt
1largefrozen Bananascut into slices and frozen
1cupfrozen blueberries
5dates pitted
2tablespoonswheat germ
2tablespoonscashew butter
milk, or plant based milkadd if needed for consistancy
TOPPINGS
1/2smallbanana
2-3tablespoonsgranola
1handfulblueberriesfresh, not frozen
1handful cashewschopped
Instructions
Slice banana, and put in freezer bag. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Add all of your ingredients to the blender, putting frozen blueberries and bananas to the top.
Start blending until well mixed, but mixture should stay thick. If it's too think and not blending, use 1-2 tablespoons milk or any plant based milk adding a little at a time until your desired constancy.
Pour mixture into a bowl, and toppings in any design you would like.
Eat and enjoy!
Notes
There is no added sweetener in this recipe, it is naturally sweet. If you would like to sweeten in up I would suggest agave, honey, or vanilla yogurt instead of plain yogurt.
