  • 1 cup yogurt Plain
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 mediem banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 2 tablespoons granola (sprinkle on top of smoothie ,1 tbls each)
  • 2 fresh strawberries (on top as a garnish)


  • In a blender add yogurt, kale, banana, wheat germ, and add frozen strawberries to the top of ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into cups, add granola to the top, and a fresh strawberry.
  • Use a large straw, or a spoon to eat.
