Powerhouse Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2
cup
vanilla yogurt frozen
1
Medium ripe sliced banana frozen
3/4
cups
milk
(or milk alternative)
2
tablespoons
almond butter
3
Large dates pitted
2
tablespoons
chia seeds
whipped cream
used to top the smoothie
sprinkle Wilton Green Cake Sparkles
sprinkle onto the whipped cream
Instructions
Add all ingredients into the blender at one time, with frozen yogurt on the top.
Blend until smooth and creamy, and all lumps are gone.
Pour into a glass, and top with the whipped cream and green flakes.
