  • 15 Candy canes
  • Sprinkles of your choice (I used stars, red & silver balls as ornaments)

How To Make Christmas Tree Brownies

Place the pitted dates in a bowl and pour in the hot milk. Let the dates soak for 60 minutes to soften them.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spread the baking paper on the cake tray. Set it aside.

Blend the softened dates into a smooth consistency and transfer the mixture to a bowl.

Add vegetable oil and mix well.

Add whole wheat flour, baking powder, and baking soda to the blended date mixture.

Whisk the brownie mixture until a smooth consistency is achieved.

Spoon the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownies comes out clean.
