No-Cook Pizza Sauce Recipe With Tomato Paste
A simple and delicious pizza sauce recipe using tomato paste and tomato sauce. Just measure, mix and spread onto your pizza base.

Servings: 6 medium pizzas
- 15 oz can tomato sauce also termed tomato passata
- 6 oz can tomato paste also termed tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or dried
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
As needed
- 1-2 teaspoons sugar to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons water to thin
In a large bowl add the tomato sauce, and tomato paste, then give it a stir to lightly mix
Then add the oregano, parsley, basil, garlic powder, and salt & pepper
Mix with a whisk or wooded spoon until all ingredients are well mixed and there are no tomato paste lumps
Taste, and add sugar as needed if too acidic
Add water, a teaspoon at a time if needed for consistency
Once you have the desired consistency, spread onto your flatbread or pizza
