Halloween Magic Cookie Bars
Ingredients
1/2
cup
butter or margarine
melted
1 1/2
cups
graham cracker crumbs
crushed
1
14 ounce can
sweetened condensed milk
2
cups
semisweet chocolate and color morsels
1 1/2 chocolate, & 1/2 colored
1 1/3
cups
flaked coconut
1
cup
chopped pecans
2-3
tablespoons
mixed halloween sprinkles
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees for glass dish). Coat 13x9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of prepared pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture.
Layer evenly adding chocolate chips first, then coconut and nuts. Press down firmly with a fork.
Here you can add a few more colored morsels to the top for color.
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Sprinkle the top with the Halloween sprinkles. Cool, and cut into bars.
Notes
The bars tend to get very sweet with the white, and color morsels. I've added more semi-sweet chocolate to balance the sweetness.
