Ingredients

CARROT JUICE

  • 6-8 carrots

GREEN JUICE

  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1/2 large cucumber
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 inches ginger (break off about 2")
  • 1/2 squeeze of lime
  • coconut water (optional, to taste)

Instructions

GREEN JUICE

  • Wash all vegetables, and shake off excess water.
  • Start pushing veggies through the juicer.
  • Pour into a large glass, and enjoy.

CARROT JUICE

  • Wash carrots, and cut off tops.
  • Push through the juicer, and enjoy.

Notes

To lighten the flavor of the green juice, add coconut water to your taste.
