Powerhouse Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt frozen
  • 1 Medium ripe sliced banana frozen
  • 3/4 cups milk (or milk alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 3 Large dates pitted
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • whipped cream used to top the smoothie
  • sprinkle Wilton Green Cake Sparkles sprinkle onto the whipped cream

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into the blender at one time, with frozen yogurt on the top.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, and all lumps are gone.
  • Pour into a glass, and top with the whipped cream and green flakes.
