Easter Berry Smoothie

We created this Easter Berry Smoothie just for this special holiday. So simple to make, with just a few ingredients. We made ours with frozen bananas, frozen mixed berries, milk or milk alternative, chia seeds, and a fun topping

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas cut into slices and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 3/4 cups milk, or milk alternative
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  • Slice bananas and put in freezer safe bag. Freeze at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Add frozen bananas to the blender, and blend until all lumps are gone, and it's creamy like ice cream. This could take a couple minutes depending on your blender.
  • Then add the frozen berries, milk, chia seeds, and blend some more.
  • When all blended and smooth, pour into your glass and add the toppings.

Notes

Serves 4 6oz We used milk, but you can create this recipe as non-dairy using almond, soy, coconut, or a beverage of your choice.
