ACAI SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (milk, or milk alternative)
  • 1/4 medium avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cocao powder (start with 2, and add more to taste)
  • 1-2 tablespoons agave (add to taste)
  • 1/2 cup frozen plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 package frozen acai

TOPPINGS

  • 1 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1/2 slices banana
  • 2 chcoclate cookies
  • 1-2 strawberries
  • sprinkle Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Measure out all your ingredients, and add to the blender in order from list. I prefer the frozen items on the top, as it's easier on your blender.
  • Pour into bowl, and add your favorite toppings.
