- 1/4 cup coconut milk (milk, or milk alternative)
- 1/4 medium avocado
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons cocao powder (start with 2, and add more to taste)
- 1-2 tablespoons agave (add to taste)
- 1/2 cup frozen plain Greek yogurt
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 package frozen acai
TOPPINGS
- 1 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1/2 slices banana
- 2 chcoclate cookies
- 1-2 strawberries
- sprinkle Chia seeds
Measure out all your ingredients, and add to the blender in order from list. I prefer the frozen items on the top, as it's easier on your blender.
Pour into bowl, and add your favorite toppings.
