Wash all the veggies, then slice the red bell peppers. Cut or snap off a couple broccoli florets, and add the veggies to the lunch box compartment. Peel the clementine, and place in a compartment.
For the butterfly: Next cut a very thin slice of red bell pepper for the body, and place on top center of a slider bun. Next, pull 4 similar sized leaves for the wings, and use the stem leftover for the antennae . Place on the top of the slider bun.
Place a small piece of plastic wrap over the butterfly to hold in place, and keep from sticking to the inside of the lunch box.
